Make a visit to LARK Berlin on the 6th of June to see Alice Gift perform. Alice Gift is a Berlin-based German-French artist, who creates dreamlike songs that drift between chanson-noir, shoegaze, indie rock, and synth-driven melancholy. With a new album slated for 2026 and produced by Tad Klimp, his music continues to push into richly atmospheric territory. A seasoned live performer, Gift has toured internationally and appeared alongside acclaimed acts such as Actors, Clan of Xymox, She Past Away, and Light Asylum.
Nestled along the Spree in Berlin-Mitte, LARK has become a cornerstone of the city's independent music scene. Known for its grassroots ethos, inclusive programming, and commitment to emerging subcultures, the venue bridges live music, club culture, and community organizing. Hosting everyone from underground innovators to internationally acclaimed artists, LARK embodies the creative, DIY spirit that continues to define Berlin's cultural identity.
On June 6, audiences can expect an evening of immersive sound, intimate connection, and the kind of serendipitous energy that has long defined Berlin's live music scene.

Go to SO36 for the Emergenza Deutschlandfinale on June 13, 2026. Founded in 1978 in Kreuzberg, SO36 is one of Berlin's most legendary music venues and a cornerstone of the city's alternative culture. Emerging from the West Berlin punk movement, the club became a gathering place for artists, activists, and countercultural communities during the Cold War era. Decades later, SO36 remains a vital part of Berlin's cultural landscape, celebrated for its commitment to punk, queer culture, political expression, and independent music.
The Emergenza Deutschland Finale will be a high-energy showcase of emerging live talent, spanning indie rock, alternative, punk, metal, pop, and experimental genres. Built around competition and performance intensity, the night carries a fast-paced, electric atmosphere as each band fights for audience reaction and jury approval. Expect a loud, diverse, and slightly chaotic mix of sounds and styles, with a crowd that’s deeply engaged and a sense of discovery running through the entire event —an early look at the next wave of Germany’s independent music scene.

Go to Prince Charles for Garage Girls presents Eris Drew b2b Octa Octa PT.II on June 13th. The venue is located at Moritzplatz and is known for its symbiosis of bar and club against a historical backdrop. The dance floor is located in the former staff swimming pool of the Bechstein piano factory. International house music, hip-hop parties, and all sorts of other cultural events make Prince Charles a favorite in Kreuzberg's nightlife scene.
The event on the 13th will be put on by Garage Girls- a female curated party series and collective founded by DJ NORTHERN, KENZA and Vitamin B. Garage Girls is focused on empowering and promoting FLINTA artists, highlighting and sharing a passion for Garage and UK Sounds. Expect a warm, euphoric blend of house, garage-leaning grooves, disco-tinged rhythms and late-night techno warmth — the kind of sound that slowly stretches from playful peak-time energy into sunrise bliss.
At the center is an extended closing set from Eris Drew b2b Octo Octa PT.II: deeply emotional, high-spirited house music rooted in rave history, queer club culture, and trance-like joy. Their sound moves between percussive uplift and soft, melodic release, designed for collective euphoria on the dancefloor as morning breaks.

Go to Hole 44 to see Femtanyl on June 15, 2026. Hole 44 was originally opened in Novenmeber 1949 as the Globus cinema. Designed by architect Erich Goetze, the theater operated until August 1968 before being repurposed over the years as a supermarket, the Galaxy Club, and finally a live music venue. Today, it is a staple in Berlin’s underground and live performance scene. Operating as an independent cultural space, it is highly regarded for fostering emerging talents and established acts alike.
Femtanyl is a Toronto-based digital hardcore and breakcore project created by musician Noelle Stockwood, featuring live drummer and multi-instrumentalist Juno Callender. They are known for their abrasive, high-octane sound, mashing breakbeats, chiptune, punk, and screaming vocals into a cathartic, chaotic, and heavily stylized experience.
Their gig at Hole 44 will be a high-intensity, sweat-drenched collision of breakneck breakcore, distorted bass, and raw punk energy — an all-out sensory overload where chaos, catharsis, and community blur into one relentless, euphoric release deep in Berlin’s underground.

Check out Yorckschlosschen on June 25, 2026. Kat Baloun is playing alongside some musical peers, bringing her raw, US-rooted blues sound into one of Berlin’s most iconic small live music rooms. Baloun is a long-time figure on the European blues circuit, known for soulful vocals, harmonica-led sets, and that loose, jam-like energy where anything can happen on stage.
Yorckschlösschen in Kreuzberg is a rare Berlin institution that’s been running in some form for over a century, and has basically stayed a constant home for jazz, blues, and swing through all the city’s changes. It’s small, sweaty, and super close-up, where the line between audience and band kind of disappears.
So the gig is really that combination: a veteran blues performer doing what she does best in a room built for exactly that kind of sound. No big production, just proper live music, up close, in a space that’s been holding nights like this for decades.

Visit the Kantine am Berghain on June 15th to see YELKA. YELKA is a Berlin-based post-krautrock and atmospheric post-rock band, consisting of bassist and vocalist Yelka Wehmeier, guitarist Daniel Meteo, and drummer Christian Obermaier. The trio is highly regarded in the underground music scene for their highly prolific output and meditative, hypnotic sound.
Their show at the Kantine am Berghain will be a night to remember at yet another iconic space for music in Berlin. The venue is an intimate, industrial concert and event space located within the iconic Berghain/Panorama Bar complex in Friedrichshain, Berlin. Operating as the former staff canteen for the site's original 1950s East German power plant, it is now a distinct venue hosting live music, experimental performances, and smaller club nights.
The list we’ve compiled here is just the tip of the iceberg- there are hundreds of other opportunities in Berlin this month (and every month) to discover new venues and listen to new artists. Hopefully this proves helpful to anyone interested in exploring new sounds and uncovering a few historical spaces in the city.
