IMPARI is a sustainable fashion brand from Berlin that works only with 100% recycled PET materials. We recently presented you with a sheer dress style guide, featuring one of IMPARI’s mindful designs.
For Berlin Fashion Week 2024, the brand is sparking the conversation around social sustainability through the “Water No Get Enemy” exhibition/pop-up event at their store, highlighting the IMPARI Waterbags. They're made from upcycled water tanks, representing a call to protect water resources and the environment - an epitome of the brand’s core message. And while we're able to shop their exquisitely crafted garments, primarily in black, online, during BFW 2024, the brand will offer its fans a temporary store. Fashion takes on a higher meaning when it comes to the eco-conscious and ethical collections by People, a social fashion project based in Berlin that gives voice to at-risk youth. The collections are inspired by life on the streets of Berlin by kids who struggle with drug addiction, mental illness, or homelessness. Together with two designers, they work to create sartorial pieces, which you can experience during this year’s BFW. The 2024 edition no. 6, named “Less”, challenges the notions of prejudice and pressure to fit into certain molds and embraces less form and less tension. During the pop-up, you can explore and buy the collection and get immersed in it through two natural dye workshops (by registration).
